Facilities and Catering

Catering

We will provide morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for all three days of the conference. For those with larger appetites, we recommend bringing additional food, or taking advantage of the local food and retail options.

Tea and coffee will not be provided.

There are numerous water refill stations on campus. We strongly encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle and coffee cup to support our sustainability initiatives.

Restrictions

We aim to accommodate dietary and cultural requirements wherever possible and have provided details of the options available to help you make the best choice for your needs.

You can let us know about your dietary and cultural requirements when registering. We are able to cater for those listed on the registration page, however, if the available options don't suit your personal needs, or if you are particularly worried about allergies, we suggest bringing your own food.

There are microwaves available on campus to reheat your meals, with the closest ones located on Level 5, E Block, or under A Block.
